We all have questions – here some we’ve anticipated you may ask.
How can I pay for my order?
We accept all major credit & debit cards through our instore secure checkout. We do not store your card details, so they remain perfectly safe.
We also accept all major credit cards via Paypal. Once you are ready to pay you will be taken to Paypal.com to make a secure payment. And the great news is, you don’t need a Paypal account and don’t need to sign up for one either.
If you are purchasing for trade or making a bulk order, please contact us for alternative payment methods e.g. cheque, bank-transfer.
When will I receive my order?
Your order will be dispatched on the day of order placed before 12pm (noon). Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the following day. We’d expect your package to be with you within 2-3 working days from order. In the unlikely event that there is a delay to your order, we will inform immediately & you will be free to cancel your order if necessary.
How will my order be shipped?
We use a trusted courier for delivery of most items.
What if I change my mind?
People do change their mind – and that’s fine. If you no longer want your order, just let us know and we will cancel it provided it’s not yet been dispatched.
If you’ve already received your order, it’s not quite what you wanted (because shopping on the internet can be tricky), then simply contact us to arrange for the item to be sent back and we’ll get you a full refund.
What if something goes wrong?
In the unlikely event that there is a problem with your item – simply let us know and we will arrange a replacement or refund asap!
